We had bad experience booking privet transportation to monkey land with Dimonds. After waiting and  staying  on the phone in the lobby for two hours with 3 little kids we gave up.
That evening  I found Miguel on google and decided to give it another try.  He responded fast and we scheduled a pick up in a few days.
What an experience! !! Not only he was on time. Miguel is a great English speaker, better than I am, very knowledgeable and professional. We really enjoyed our long trip to monkey land and back. We’ve learned a lot about history, politics and nature.
We also booked  our trip to airport with him. It was a Christmas Day. His brother gave us a ride. He was also on time, no issues, good person.
The car is clean and comfortable.
Highly recommend.
